We are a combined consultative, and painting service, which delivers original bespoke painted works. With more than 20 years’ experience in the visual art industries, we can ascertain very quickly what a client needs, but just as importantly, what a space needs. We work directly with you to your specifications. All the work produced is original, and, whatever works you are needing to source, we will tailor to your requirements regarding style, dimensions, format and budget.
Direct commissions
A key to a successful project is a site visit to gain an understanding of the space in question. We are comfortable working with you directly, or in consultation with your designers, architects, or creative consultants. We can suggest a variety of subject matter; abstract, classical, derivative, landscape, architectural or figurative. This may be a hands-on collaborative process. It can involve as much or as little interaction as you would like.
We have also worked very successfully with clients in other countries remotely, so this is always a possibility, in the case of geographical distance.
At our initial meeting, or correspondence, you will have the opportunity to discuss your requirements or needs, budget and time frame, whilst looking at various examples of work, and possibly other visual material, we can help with recommendations.
When appropriate, Rachel may produce some painted sketches to give a broad idea of the finished painting, or series, as a visual aid.
After this meeting, we will summarise our discussion, and detail ideas for your paintings, together with proposed sizes, timeline for completion and costs which will include; delivery/shipping, framing and hanging. We usually allow 4-6 weeks to complete a painting, depending on size. With this proposal we send you an agreement that requires your signature and payment of 50% of the total costs due prior to the start of your commission. Once this is received bespoke canvases are ordered and your paintings begin to grow!
As we approach completion of your painting, you will be invoiced for the second and final payment of 50%, once this is received your painting will be shipped/delivered.

Payments
We accept bank transfers (UK clients) or paypal. We do not store any of your debit/ credit card details.
Transportation
Within the UK pieces are sent by courier depending on size and weight.
Shipping
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 5 working days, and we cover most countries. In order to guarantee that all pieces arrive in perfect condition, all shipments are packed, tracked and shipped by a specialist company, in boxes and crates for larger orders where required, and have to be signed for on delivery.
